International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
We ship to European Union countries and selected countries worldwide where purchase and delivery of our products is legal. Exact costs and available shipping methods are calculated automatically at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Abroad we ship exclusively by courier to your address. Delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points is available within Poland only.
We do not ship to Malta or Iceland – none of our carriers serve these destinations.

Online payments are processed by PayNow (mBank). All transactions are encrypted and secure. Prices include VAT.
FAQ
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/public holidays are shipped the next business day.
Can I track my package?
Yes. A tracking number is sent by email once the parcel is dispatched. You can also log into My Account to check your order status.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to return goods without giving a reason. Details are available on the Returns and complaints page.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us by email or phone to schedule a time.
